(2) Information related to candidates (when necessary for recruitment support)

Where the Service involves candidate sourcing/introduction, we may handle candidate information such as:

  • Name, contact details (where applicable)
  • Resume/CV, work history, skills, education, certifications
  • Language ability, visa/work eligibility (where applicable)
  • Interview notes, assessment summaries, availability, preferences
  • Reference/verification information (only where appropriate and permitted)

(3) Information collected automatically when you use our website

  • Device and browser information, OS
  • Access logs, IP address (where applicable)
  • Cookie identifiers and website event data
  • Pages viewed, time spent, referral source (where applicable)
  1. Purposes of Use

(1) Sharing necessary to deliver recruitment support

  • We may share candidate information with hiring companies to the extent necessary for recruitment decisions.
  • We may share hiring requirement information with candidates to the extent necessary for matching and recruitment progress.

We may provide personal information without consent where required or permitted by law (e.g., legal obligations, protection of life/body/property, public health).

(3) Method of provision

Where personal information is provided, it may be shared via secure web systems, encrypted communication, email, or other reasonable methods depending on the circumstances.

We may outsource the handling of personal information to contractors for website operations, cloud hosting, CRM tools, email delivery, analytics, and other operational needs.
